Free Shipping:

We ship via UPS. We can not ship to Post Office boxes.

To receive free UPS ground shipping within the contiguous United States, your order must total $50 before tax and shipping.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs slightly more. To receive $5 off shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii your order must total $50 before tax and shipping.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Policy

To return an item(s) purchased through our website, please follow these steps:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item.

    We will not accept returns after 30 days.
  2. NOTE: For purchases that include a free gift, quaulifing items can only be exchanged for sizes, no refunds.

  3. Complete the return reason form on your invoice.
  4. Place the item(s) in the original product packaging, if possible.
  5. Return the bottom portion of your invoice with the item. If you have misplaced your invoice, please write your name, order number, and address on a separate page and include it in your package.
  6. Attach the pre-addressed label to your return package.
  7. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN SHIPPING.

  8. Ship your item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your item.
    We strongly you to purchase tracking and/or insurance with shipping.
    All return shipping charges must be prepaid; Lyssé® Leggings cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  9. Detach and save the top of your invoice.

Return Status

We want you to be confident ordering from Lyssé® Leggings, and that is why we offer you a 30 day return policy.

  1. Returned items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to you.
  2. Returned items must be unworn, with all original tags still attached.
  3. Items must be free of scents, marks, stains, etc. Any items returned that are stained, soiled, or otherwise blemished are not eligible for return, and will be shipped back to you.
  4. Keep in mind that return times may vary with the return shipping method you choose.
  5. It may take up to ten business days for the refund to be applied once we have received your return.
  6. It may take up to three business cycles for the return credit to appear on your account.
  7. We will credit your original form of payment on the order. If your credit card is no longer valid, please e-mail info@lysse.com.
  8. If you are returning a product without a pre-authorized shipping label, we recommend that you send it by a traceable method. We suggest you obtain tracking information for your return or exchange.

Exchanges

We would be happy to exchange your purchase.

If you are exchanging for the same item in another size please state that in the "Return" portion of the packing slip.

If you are choosing to exchange for another item and or color, we kindly ask you return your item(s) and place a new order.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important. Information you provide is only used by us in order to process your order. We never provide it to any third party for any reason.

When you do business with us on this website, we collect personally identifiable information. This includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, and mailing address. We need this information in order to process your order, and to contact you in the event of any questions or problems with your order. Note that while we do ask for your credit card information, we do NOT store that information in any form.

We do not ever disclose, share, sell, or otherwise give your information to any third party (except for the obvious, such as providing your address to UPS in order to ship your package). Your personal information is stored in our database (except for your credit card information).

We may occassionally send you an e-mail if something exciting and new comes up. If you would prefer not to receive e-mails, please let us know by sending us an e-mail with "unsubscribe" in the subject, and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Your mailing address will be used in order to ship products to you, and therefore may be disclosed to UPS or the relevant shipping entity.

Your credit card information is passed securely and directly to our merchant services provider, Authorize.net. We do not store any of your credit card information in any form, however Authorize.net may store information on their secure servers.
