We hope you love your new purchase, but if something isn’t quite what you were hoping for, we are happy to accept returns!
It’s easy, we promise! There are just a few rules…
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them in. Original tags should be attached.
- If possible, place the item(s) in the original product packaging.
- For your convenience you can print your own your return shipping label from our website, visit lysse.returnly.com to start a return.
- If you choose not to use our label that’s okay! However, we do recommend purchasing a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
