We hope you love your new purchase, but if something isn’t quite what you were hoping for, we are happy to accept returns!
It’s easy, we promise! There are just a few rules…
- US orders: You can start a return at anytime by visiting our returns portal.
- International order: To start the returns process, please use our Returns Portal to receive a return label for your order.
- New, unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- For US orders: exchanges are hassle-free & free of charge! Returns for a refund will incur a $10 shipping fee that will be deducted from your total refund amount (multiple items could be included in one return).
- For international orders: We do not offer exchanges at the moment.
- Returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them in. Original tags should be attached.
- If possible, place the item(s) in the original product packaging.
- US Orders: For your convenience you can print your own your return shipping label from our website, visit https://lysse.returnrabbit.app/login to start a return.

- International orders: Each return must be sent separately. To ensure a smooth return process, only include items from a single order in each parcel. Each return shipment should use the designated return label provided for that specific order.
- Items marked down 40% or more will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. If these items are shipped back to our facility we will ship them back to you.
*Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
US orders: When creating your return, you will be asked if you want to exchange, return, or shop for a different item. If choosing to exchange, you will not be charged for shipping. Click here to begin your exchange.
International orders: We do not offer exchanges at the moment.
Refund Timing
- Please allow 10-15 business days from the time we receive your return for refund processing.
- We will credit your original form of payment on the order.
Defective/Damaged Items
