How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points every time you shop—10 points for every dollar spent—plus extra points for engaging with us in fun and meaningful ways. That includes leaving reviews, subscribing to emails, following us on social, and participating in exclusive Lyssé challenges and promotions.
How do I check my points and rewards?
Simply log in to your Lyssé account and visit your Lyssé List Rewards dashboard. You’ll be able to view your points balance, available rewards, and current tier status—all in one place.
How is my tier determined?
Your tier is determined by the total points you've earned. The more points you accumulate, the higher your tier, unlocking exclusive benefits at each level!
What rewards do I get at each tier?
Each tier unlocks new perks—from birthday gifts and early access to new collections, to monthly giveaways and even a complimentary look for our top members. You can view the full list of rewards and benefits in your Lyssé List Rewards dashboard.
Can my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after they were earned. Be sure to keep engaging with Lyssé List Rewards to maintain your points and tier status.
Why haven't I received my points yet?
Points on purchases are awarded 2 weeks after your order is fulfilled. If you have a question about your points balance, don't hesitate to reach out to us at service@lysse.com.
How do I move up to the next tier?
Earn points by shopping, completing challenges, and engaging with Lyssé. As you reach new point milestones, you'll automatically unlock the next tier—and all the exclusive rewards that come with it. We’ll notify you as soon as you level up.
