LYSSÉ REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Program Overview
The Lyssé Rewards Program ("Program") is a tiered loyalty program available to customers shopping through Lyssé's direct-to-consumer channels. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Lyssé reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time with reasonable notice.
Enrollment
Enrollment is automatic upon your first qualifying purchase. No separate sign-up is required — your account is created and linked to the email address used at checkout. Points tracking and tier status are tied to your email address across all devices.
New customers who sign up for email communications prior to their first purchase are eligible for a promotional discount on their first order, as offered at the time of sign-up. This incentive is separate from the points system.
Earning Points
Points are earned based on the product subtotal of each qualifying purchase. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are excluded from point calculations and do not count toward points earned or tier qualification spend.

Customers who purchase Lyssé products at authorized retail boutique partners and department stores may earn points by uploading a photo of their receipt through the Lyssé loyalty portal. The earn rate for boutique and department store purchases is 5 points per $1 spent. Receipts are subject to verification, which may take 24–48 hours. Lyssé reserves the right to decline receipts that cannot be verified.
Lyssé may periodically offer bonus point days, category multipliers, spend threshold bonuses, or tier acceleration events. Terms specific to each promotion will be communicated at the time of the event.
Points Processing
Rewards points are processed upon order fulfillment. Points will not appear in your account until your order has shipped. Please allow time for your order to be fulfilled before contacting customer support regarding missing points.
Points will not be issued on canceled or returned orders. If a return is processed after points have been credited, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account balance.
Points Expiration
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. It is the account holder's responsibility to monitor point balances and expiration dates. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed toward qualifying purchases at the following dollar values:

A maximum redemption of $50 per order applies. Rewards cannot be stacked within a single transaction to exceed this limit. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Redemptions cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, or gift cards.
Starter Tier — Onboarding
Upon your first purchase, you are automatically placed in the Starter tier. To advance to full Member status and unlock Member-level perks, you must complete at least one qualifying non-purchase action:
- Follow Lyssé on Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest (100 pts each)
- Sign up for email or SMS communications (400 pts)
- Write a product review (100 pts) or submit a review with photo or video (200 pts)
- Refer a friend to the Program (1,600 pts)
Until a qualifying action is completed, Starter-tier customers earn points on purchases but are not eligible for Member-tier perks such as birthday rewards or early sale access.
Tier Status & Annual Qualification
Tier status is determined by total qualifying calendar-year spend, calculated from January 1 through December 31 of each program year. Only product subtotals (excluding shipping and taxes) count toward tier qualification spend.
Status Carry-Over
Once a tier is achieved, that status carries over and remains active through the end of the following calendar year.
If you earn Silver status at any point during 2026, your Silver benefits remain active through December 31, 2027.
Re-Qualification
Carry-over status is contingent on meeting the applicable tier spend threshold again during the carry-over year. If you do not re-qualify for your current tier during the carry-over year, your status at the start of the following year will reflect your actual spend from the carry-over year.
If you carry Silver status into 2027 but only spend $350 during 2027, your status will adjust to Bronze beginning January 1, 2028.
Tier status and associated perks are determined at the account level and are non-transferable.

Free Shipping & Shipping Benefits
Free shipping thresholds are automatically calculated at checkout based on your current tier status and order total. Tier-based free shipping benefits — including threshold discounts and always-free shipping at Gold and Platinum tiers — are applicable to shipments within the continental United States only.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are not eligible for tier-based shipping benefits at this time.
Priority Shipping Subscription
A Priority Shipping subscription is available to all tiers at the rates listed in Section 9. The subscription is an optional add-on and is separate from the standard free shipping threshold benefit. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation policies will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Birthday Reward
A birthday reward of 1,600 points ($20 value) is credited to eligible accounts (Member tier and above) during the member's birthday month. A valid birthday date must be on file in your account to receive this benefit.
Birthday rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
Referral Program
When an existing member refers a new customer who completes a qualifying first purchase, both the referring member and the referred customer will each receive 1,600 points ($20 value). Referral rewards are subject to verification and will be issued after the referred customer's order is fulfilled.
Self-referrals and fraudulent referral activity will result in disqualification and may result in account suspension.
General Terms
- Lyssé reserves the right to audit accounts and revoke points, rewards, or membership status in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
- Points and rewards have no cash value outside of the Program redemption structure and are non-transferable.
- These Terms are subject to change. Continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any updates. Material changes will be communicated via email.
