ELIGIBILITY:

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Lyssé Partners, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @lyssenewyork on TikTok and Instagram
2. Like and comment on our three most recent TikTok videos
3. Tag a friend in the comments of our Instagram giveaway post and provide your TikTok handle

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY:

To enter without using social media, send an email to support@lysse.com with "TikTok Giveaway" in the subject line. Include your full name and contact information in the body of the email. Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry.

ENTRY PERIOD:

The giveaway begins on Monday, May 5th, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST and ends on Monday, May 12th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.

PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive a $300 gift voucher shopping spree to be used on our website. Gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prize permitted. Gift voucher must be used in a single transaction and any unused balance will be forfeited.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

No cash or other substitution may be made except by Lyssé Partners, LLC, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.

TAXES:

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION:

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winner will be announced on our social media platforms and in our email newsletter on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025. Winner will be notified via the platform through which they entered (TikTok, Instagram, or email). Entrants are responsible for monitoring their messages and spam folders. Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

VERIFICATION:

Lyssé Partners, LLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may require additional information to confirm identity and compliance with these rules.

TIKTOK COMMUNITY DISCOUNT:

If the @lyssenewyork TikTok account reaches 1,000 followers by Monday, May 12th, 2025, a special discount code will be made available to our TikTok community. This offer is separate from the giveaway prize and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Lyssé Partners, LLC's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway. Lyssé Partners, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Lyssé Partners, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway.
